Payment Policy

Effective Immediately

1. Accepted Payment Methods 

We accept:

• Mastercard 
• American Express
• Discover 
• Diners Club
• JCB

All payments must be under the account holder's name. Prepaid/gift cards require approval.  

2. Currency & Pricing

Base Currency: USD (United States Dollar).  

Dynamic Pricing: Item prices may fluctuate based on market supply/demand.  

Final Checkout Price: The amount displayed before payment confirmation is binding.  

Taxes: No sales tax applied unless required by your jurisdiction.  

3. Payment Security

PCI-DSS Compliance: Card data processed via Level 1 PCI-compliant gateways (Stripe, PayPal).  

Encryption: SSL/TLS encryption on all transactions.  

No Storage: We never store full card numbers or CVV codes.  

4. Payment Processing

Instant Authorization: Payments are verified in real-time.

Declined Transactions: May occur due to:  

•  Insufficient funds.
•  Bank fraud filters.
•  Incorrect card details.
•  Unsupported currency. 

Re-Attempts: Wait 24 hours before retrying failed payments.

5. Fees & Surcharges

Zero Hidden Fees: No MM2Gold processing fees.

Third-Party Fees: Your bank/payment provider may impose:

Foreign transaction fees (for non-USD payments).

Cryptocurrency network gas fees.

Chargeback Fees: $25 penalty per fraudulent dispute (see Section 7).

6. Order Confirmation

Email Receipt: Sent immediately after successful payment.  

Verification Required: Suspicious orders may require:  

ID verification (e.g., government ID + card screenshot with last 4 digits visible).  

Additional payment confirmation.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Prohibited: Unauthorized chargebacks ("friendly fraud") violate our Terms.  

Consequences: 

Immediate account termination + permanent ban.  

Forfeiture of purchased items.

$25 dispute fee + liability for transaction costs.

Resolution: Contact hi@mm2.gold before disputing.

8. Fraud Prevention

We actively monitor for:

• Stolen cards, VPN masking, bulk purchasing.
• Suspicious behavior (e.g., rapid multiple orders).

Fraudulent transactions will: 

• Be canceled without delivery.  
• Trigger IP blacklisting and bank reporting.  

9. Refund Eligibility

All sales are FINAL. see, (Refund Policy)

Exceptions require proof of system failure (e.g., no delivery attempt per logs).
