Characters, designs, mechanics, and concepts  

Logos, imagery, and audio assets are the sole intellectual property of Nikilis (creator) and Roblox Corporation (platform provider).  

MM2Gold claims NO OWNERSHIP over these assets.  

2. Non-Affiliation Statement

MM2Gold (https://mm2.gold/) is: 

• An independent marketplace for virtual item trading.  
• NOT OFFICIALLY affiliated with Roblox Corporation, Nikilis, or any Murder Mystery 2 development entity.  
• NOT SPONSORED, ENDORSED, OR APPROVED by Roblox or Nikilis.

3. Service Scope Clarification

We provide a transactional platform where users:  

• Exchange real currency for virtual items already existing within Roblox MM2.
• Do NOT create, modify, or distribute game assets.
• Do NOT claim MM2 branding as our own.

If you believe MM2Gold infringes your copyright:

• Proof of ownership (copyright registration, authorship evidence).  
• Infringing material URL(https://mm2.gold/) on MM2.gold.  
• Contact information and signature.  

2.Response Protocol:

•  Valid claims will result in immediate content removal.  
•  Repeat infringers face account termination.  

6. User-Generated Content (If Applicable)

Include if users can post listings/descriptions  

Users MUST NOT upload content violating third-party rights. We:  

• Reserve right to remove infringing user content.  
• Assume no liability for user-submitted violations.  

7. Fair Use Declaration

References to MM2/Roblox assets fall under fair use (17 U.S.C. § 107) for:  

• Identification of transactional services.
• Consumer information purposes.
• No commercial claim to original material.
